The Graphic Designer role is to create visual assets under the guidance of senior designers, ensuring designs meet client specifications and contribute to the agency's creative objectives, while further developing skills and experience in a dynamic team environment.

LOGO DESIGN

In this role, you'll develop creative and distinctive logo concepts that effectively communicate the identity, values, and personality of a brand. You'll transform initial ideas and strategic requirements into strong visual solutions, ensuring that each logo is both memorable and versatile across different channels and applications.

BRANDING

You'll create compelling and consistent branding concepts for a wide range of events, campaigns, and advertisements. This includes developing visual identities, selecting suitable colors, typography, and graphic elements, and ensuring a coherent brand experience across digital, social media, event, and print communication.

ILLUSTRATION

You'll create engaging illustrations and visual assets that support creative concepts and bring ideas to life. The role includes developing sketches, exploring different styles, and quickly visualizing initial ideas for campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and other communication materials.

COMPOSITING

You'll combine photography, illustrations, graphics, typography, and other visual elements to create impactful key visuals. A strong understanding of composition, visual hierarchy, balance, scale, lighting, and perspective will be essential to ensure that all elements work together in a convincing and visually appealing way.

PRINT LAYOUT

You'll prepare professional and print-ready artwork for a wide range of formats and sizes. This includes adapting layouts for different print applications, checking technical requirements, setting up files according to production specifications, and ensuring high-quality results throughout the entire printing process.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a comparable creative role.
• Proven experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related creative field.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Advanced expertise in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Advanced digital illustration skills, with a strong eye for detail and visual composition.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR2.334 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
