SAP Delivery Manager - SAP Center of Excellence S/4HANA (all genders)

Your responsibilities

• Lead international SAP S/4HANA rollouts as project manager (including planning, execution, go-live, and hypercare)
• Set up and manage project governance as well as resources, milestones, budgets, risks and reporting
• Coordinate SAP CoE team, key users, and external partners
• Oversee change requests and ensure timely, in-scope, and on-budget delivery
• Prioritize and bundle requirements, plan releases and capacity
• Steer delivery through transparent KPIs and reporting and act as the escalation point for conflicting priorities, delays, budget overruns and quality issues
• Continuously improve SAP CoE processes, tools, and delivery model

Your profile

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or similar
• Several years of experience as SAP (S/4HANA) project or delivery manager in an international environment
• Experience in demand, change, and portfolio management
• Strong SAP process knowledge (e.g., finance, logistics, manufacturing)
• Excellent project management skills; certification is a plus
• Experience in budget/resource planning and managing external partners
• Structured, solution-oriented with ability to communicate confidently and assertively
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Team player, customer-oriented, willing to travel internationally
• Excellent English skills; German is a plus

Last but not least, under Austrian law, we are required to state the minimum salary for this position.
This amounts to EUR 53.241,02 gross per year for a full-time role (according to the Metal Industry collective agreement).
