Help shape how Procurement works across Red Bull's global organization.

As Procurement Excellence Specialist, you'll turn strategic priorities into practical policies, processes, tools and insights that teams can use every day. Working with Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT and business stakeholders, you'll help make procurement more consistent, transparent and effective across regions and functions.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to global transformation projects, improve how performance is measured and help teams adopt new ways of working.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

PROCUREMENT GOVERNANCE AND POLICY

You'll support the development and implementation of global procurement policies, standards and guidelines. You'll help define decision rights, approval principles and exception processes, creating clear guidance that supports compliance while remaining practical for teams to use.

PROCESS EXCELLENCE

You'll map and improve processes across sourcing, contracting, supplier management and purchasing. By working with global, regional and local stakeholders, you'll identify gaps and opportunities to simplify ways of working, then translate your findings into standards, templates and measurable improvements.

TRANSFORMATION AND CHANGE

You'll lead selected workstreams from planning through implementation, managing milestones, risks and stakeholder communication. You'll develop playbooks, training and communication materials that help teams understand and adopt new processes.

DIGITAL AND DATA ENABLEMENT

You'll translate procurement needs into requirements for systems, workflows, analytics and reporting. Together with IT, Global Data and other partners, you'll help ensure that digital solutions reflect agreed processes and are easy to use. You'll also support the development of KPIs and dashboards that make performance and progress visible.

PERFORMANCE AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

You'll help measure process performance, policy compliance and adoption. You'll work with relevant teams to embed supplier risk, sustainability and contracting requirements into procurement processes, and turn assessments and feedback into practical improvement actions.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

• 4-6 years of experience in procurement excellence, process improvement, governance, transformation or consulting, ideally in an international organization
• A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Engineering or a related field
• Fluent business English; German, experience with procurement systems or a relevant certification is an advantage
• Experience developing and implementing procurement policies, controls, process standards or governance frameworks
• Strong understanding of sourcing, contracting, supplier management and purchasing processes
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and support the adoption of new ways of working
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including process analysis, KPI development and stakeholder facilitation
• A pragmatic, structured approach and the ability to turn complex requirements into clear, scalable solutions
• Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.760,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
