BILLA CEE is part of the REWE Group that manages REWE's supermarket business in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic with almost 900 stores and over 25,000 employees. As a member of our BILLA Central and Eastern Europe team, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our international stores by advising the country organizations.

As a Project Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for planning, executing, managing, and delivering projects that require specialized functional expertise and knowledge. Key responsibilities include project scheduling, resource coordination, and budget management to ensure successful project outcomes.

Ihre Aufgaben - vielseitig wie der Handel

• Create, organize, and manage departmental as well as international sourcing and buying related projects across multiple countries and business functions.
• Act as a key contact person for senior management and various departments within the REWE organization, particularly in the CEE region.
• Drive cross-country project coordination and governance to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful execution.
• Support the development, standardization, and continuous optimization of processes within the department.
• Ensure efficient know-how transfer, documentation, and administrative support across international stakeholders.
• Support the Head of Department in coordinating daily business activities and driving departmental priorities.

Ihr Profil - stark wie unsere Marken

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience within Retail, FMCG, Purchasing, Category Management, Project Management, or a comparable business environment.
• Proven experience in managing complex cross-functional and cross-departmental projects is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of FMCG products, goods categories, and retail business processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent English skills (C1); German and/or an Eastern European language is considered an advantage.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint.
