Apply now

Passionate about motorsports, offroad racing, and delivering world-class events?

Join our Global Motorsports Team and help shape Red Bull's presence across some of the most exciting 4-Wheel offroad competitions worldwide.

To strengthen our Global Motorsports Team, we are looking for an Offroad Motorsports Specialist who will support and help advance our global initiatives in 4-Wheel Offroad Motorsports. The role includes directing all aspects of 4-Wheel Offroad activation via event logistics, branding, conceptual and strategic support, alignment with designers, vendors and manufacturers, and local market support. The role requires maintaining tight alignment across internal and cross-functional teams, as well as with third-party teams, athletes, event organizers and suppliers.

The successful candidate will manage relationships with supported athletes and teams to maximize project activation while leading hands-on execution from initial planning, concept development and marketing approach, through to on-site delivery. As a marketeer, you'll help connect the strategic objectives of Red Bull Motorsports with compelling concepts and activations, ensuring they are brought to life consistently across markets and events.

The role combines operational rigour, conceptual thinking and rapid problem-solving to protect and elevate the Red Bull brand across every global touchpoint.

In this role, you'll support international projects and events, work closely with athletes, teams, partners and markets, and contribute to bringing unforgettable motorsports experiences to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

GLOBAL OFFROAD EVENT & PROJECT COORDINATION

You'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of international 4-Wheel Offroad motorsports events and projects. Working closely with athletes, teams, event organizers, and internal stakeholders, you'll contribute to key initiatives throughout the season, from initial concept development through to successful on-site execution. Examples of events and series you'll be working on include the IA World Rally Championship, FIA World Rally Raid Championship, Rallye Dakar, Bajas, Cross-Country World Cup, Offroad Festivals, and many more.

EVENT OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS

Coordinate event logistics, shipments, and operational requirements to ensure athletes, teams, and stakeholders have everything they need to perform at their best. This is not a desk-based role. You'll regularly support events on-site, helping with operational delivery, event setup, branding implementation, hospitality execution, and solving challenges in real time. A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed are essential for success.

BRANDING & HOSPITALITY EXCELLENCE

A key part of the role is bringing Red Bull's brand presence to life across global offroad events. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver world-class hospitality experiences and impactful branding activations.

STAKEHOLDER & PARTNER MANAGEMENT

You'll build strong relationships with Red Bull markets, athletes, teams, suppliers, and event partners worldwide. Strong communication and collaboration skills will help drive alignment and successful project execution.

EQUIPMENT, PRODUCT & ASSET COORDINATION

Ensuring athletes and teams are equipped with the latest products, equipment, and information will be a core responsibility. You'll also oversee stock management and coordinate the distribution of Red Bull products and POS materials across events.

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT & PROJECT OWNERSHIP

Beyond supporting the day-to-day operations of the 4-Wheel Offroad Team, you'll take ownership of selected projects and drive them from planning through execution. Embedded throughout the annual motorsports season, you'll work closely with athletes, teams, suppliers, and event partners while helping bring Red Bull's offroad motorsports strategy to life both behind the scenes and trackside.
