• Analyzing, modeling, and further developing engineering processes according to LEAN principles
• Shop Floor Management (SFM): Support for the introduction including consistent further development
• Successfully design interfaces to specialist departments and internal business partners
• Driving and supporting operational excellence initiatives
• Lessons learned, management of improvement needs and optimization potential in a structured way
• Perform root cause analyses and implement sustainable solutions

Was uns überzeugt:

• Technical education (HTL, FH/Uni) with a focus on process management
• Professional experience (2-3 years) in the introduction and further development of SFM & CIP
• Know-how in process analysis and modelling
• Ideally, a lean certification
• Analytical way of working including the use of data for decision-making
• Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Good written and spoken English skills

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary under the collective agreement on the basis of full-time employment is 53,241 euros per year.
