Growth Marketing Manager - m/f/d

To enhance our Group Marketing Department at our Vienna site, we are seeking a dedicated Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

In this position, you will drive digital marketing performance across the group by optimizing digital channels, enhancing website effectiveness and supporting the activation of marketing initiatives across customer touchpoints. You will play a key role in lead generation, customer engagement and commercial growth while enabling divisional teams with digital marketing solutions and best practices.

Your responsibilities

  • Operate and continuously develop the group's digital marketing ecosystem, with a strong focus on website, social media and newsletters, ensuring an integrated and effective digital presence
  • Execute and optimize digital marketing initiatives and cross-channel campaigns, contributing to lead generation, engagement and conversion
  • Drive and support the activation and rollout of group marketing initiatives across customer touchpoints (digital, events, trade fairs and sales enablement), ensuring consistent and impactful execution across divisions
  • Coordinate and support trade fair and event-related marketing activities, ensuring alignment with group messaging, campaigns and customer engagement standards
  • Ensure consistent messaging, value propositions and campaign content across digital platforms and customer-facing activation, in alignment with Corporate Communications
  • Coordinate closely with divisional marketing teams and Corporate Communications to align content, campaigns and priorities and support adoption of group standards and tools
  • Track, analyze and continuously improve marketing performance (e.g. traffic, engagement, leads, conversion) and support the integration of digital marketing with CRM and sales processes.

Your profile

  • Completed higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications or a comparable role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign management and performance tracking
  • Experience working with websites, social media, newsletters and marketing analytics tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

  • Our attractive remuneration is based on current market salaries. You can expect an annual gross salary starting at EUR 55,000,- all in, whereby we are open to overpayment in the case of corresponding qualifications and experience.
