A leading Central European kitchen furniture manufacturer with many years of experience and a strong market position in several countries is expanding its presence in Poland. For this exciting growth phase, we are looking for a motivated professional who enjoys developing a market from the ground up, supporting partner studios, and driving the long-term success of an established brand.
Field Sales / Market Development Poland (m/f/d) - Polish-speaking
Build a new market - backed by a strong brand and with plenty of room to shape your own success.
YOUR CAREER MENU
- A working model that adapts to your lifestyle: Your working day combines home office, field sales activities, and visits to the headquarters in Austria, creating a balanced mix. This gives you the flexibility to maintain a strong work-life balance while staying connected with the team.
- Plenty of freedom to shape the market and real growth opportunities: The development of the Polish market will be in your hands - a rare opportunity to build and grow an entire market with a strong brand behind you. With successful development, there is even the long-term possibility of taking responsibility for building and leading your own team.
- A stable foundation to build on: Tradition, quality, and financial strength provide a secure foundation from which you can develop your ideas and make a lasting impact.
- An environment that supports your success: From product training and planning tools to sales strategies: you will receive all the resources and support you need to achieve your goals.
- Attractive conditions and a salary package that reflects your performance: In addition to a company car for private use, you can expect an annual gross salary of approximately EUR55.000 to EUR70.000 including variable compensation. Depending on your experience and qualifications, a higher package is possible.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE THE MARKET THRIVE
- Build the market and drive expansion: You will actively develop the Polish market and support the opening of new partner studios - a unique opportunity to shape growth from the very beginning.
- Contribute to national market projects: From market analyses and pricing research to trade fairs and industry events - you will contribute your expertise and keep your finger on the pulse of the market.
- Build relationships and manage leads: You will identify and qualify B2B leads, arrange appointments, and ensure that new partner studios receive professional support from the start.
- Support partner studios and share your expertise: You will guide new partners throughout the entire journey - from onboarding and training to process support - online, on-site, or at the Austrian headquarters. Your goal is to provide partners with the knowledge and tools they need for sustainable success.
YOUR INGREDIENTS FOR SUCCESS
- Professional experience that sets you apart: You have at least 2 years of experience in the kitchen or furniture industry - whether in planning, sales, distribution, or training. Alternatively, you have a strong professional network within the industry.
- Sales expertise and enthusiasm for working with people: You inspire customers and partners with your professional approach, communicate confidently, and enjoy building long-term relationships.
- Strong language skills and digital confidence: English and Polish skills are essential; German is an advantage. You are confident using MS Office and can quickly become familiar with CARAT planning software.
- Structured and service-oriented working style: You are organised, reliable, and able to manage your responsibilities independently while bringing authenticity and commitment to your work.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel: You enjoy being regularly on the road within your sales territory and supporting partners directly on-site.
