Director Group Supply Chain Management | Wien, AT

YOUR TASKS

A unique leadership role combining operational excellence and end-to-end digital transformation of supply chain processes.

• Lead and optimize global supply chain operations, including S&OP, production planning, inventory, logistics, and plant operations
• Ensure reliable material flow, efficient warehousing, and excellent customer service across all locations
• Drive operational excellence through cost optimization, productivity improvements, and KPI-based performance management
• Oversee supply chain readiness for new programs, changes, and ramp-ups
• Act as Business Stream Lead for Supply Chain in the SAP S/4HANA ERP and digital transformation program
• Define and implement end-to-end supply chain processes, global harmonization, and digitalization initiative

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in an international environment
• Extensive experience in industrial production; automotive sector is a plus
• At least 5 years in global corporations with international supply chains
• Strong expertise in S&OP, supply chain management, warehouse and transportation management, customs, and plant logistics
• SAP competence required; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
• Full professional proficiency in English; German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%

The salary package is based on your qualifications and professional experience and will be defined in a personal discussion. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 3 888,53 - with willingness to overpay depending on the individual qualification profile.
