As part of the Creative Enablement & Ideation Team, you'll be planning and preparing ideation formats across the organization.
You'll help develop creative communication approaches and maintain internal tools and resources. As well you are going to contribute to ensuring sustainability compliance and smooth operational processes across the team.
We are looking for a motivated talent who can join us in August for a period of 6 months.
In this internship you'll assist in planning, preparing, and executing ideation sprints of varying sizes - from small creative sessions to large-scale sprints with cross‑functional teams - ensuring smooth logistics, documentation, and participant experience.
You maintain and update materials in our internal tool, ensuring that all workshop setups and processes follow sustainability requirements and best practices.
You'll support the development of creative and engaging internal communications by exploring AI tools, drafting content, and helping shape new ways of communicating with global stakeholders.
You'll assist in managing internal databases, tools, and documentation to keep team resources organized, up‑to‑date, and accessible to stakeholders.
