Are you talented at organising and possess a structured personality?
As a Team Assistant, your main responsibilities will include providing comprehensive support for all organisational and administrative tasks. You'll be responsible for scheduling appointments and travel arrangements, organising meetings and workshops, creating presentations, coordinating internal matters, and managing the associated flow of information. You'll also coordinate team events, create meeting minutes, and follow up on them.
In this role, you'll manage the back office, you'll reliably handle all administrative tasks, and ensure efficient scheduling, travel planning, and travel expense accounting.
You'll act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders as well as business partners and will arrange meetings and workshops. Furthermore, you will provide significant support in preparing presentations, writing memos, and ensure timely follow-up.
You'll coordinate internal matters and manage the flow of information within the organisation with composure and a clear focus on priorities. You always provide support to management. In addition, you optimise structures and processes to ensure efficient workflows.
You'll proactively support various strategic and operational agendas and independently take on smaller projects.
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.142 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
