As a Product Compliance Professional in Operations, you will help ensure that all products and related processes across the entire value chain meet applicable legal, safety, and internal standards. Acting as a key interface between internal stakeholders, global partners, and customers, you will coordinate cross-functional activities to continuously improve product compliance standards. By proactively managing documentation and driving process improvements, you will ensure smooth, compliant operations and make a key contribution to meeting all relevant requirements.

CUSTOMER INQUIRY MANAGEMENT

You will handle Quality Management product compliance-related customer inquiries from initial receipt through to final resolution. This includes carefully reviewing and clarifying customer requests, gathering and evaluating relevant technical and regulatory information, and coordinating with internal experts from areas such as legal, quality assurance, technology, and product management. You will prepare well‑structured written responses, statements, and supporting documentation. In addition, you will track and document all inquiries in the relevant systems, monitor timelines to ensure prompt, reliable replies, and proactively follow up with stakeholders where information is missing. By doing so, you will help ensure a high level of service quality, regulatory compliance, and transparency for our customers.

PLATFORM & DATA MANAGEMENT

You will manage and maintain internal and external platforms related to product compliance, ensuring that all data and documents are up to date, accurate, and aligned with regulatory and customer requirements.

EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION

You will act as a direct point of contact for external customers on product compliance-related topics, ensuring professional, solution‑oriented communication and supporting strong long‑term business relationships.

CERTIFICATES MANAGEMENT

You will support the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of product‑related certificates and supporting documentation. This includes gathering required technical and regulatory information from internal experts and external counterparts, preparing and updating certificates in line with current standards, and ensuring that all documents are complete, compliant, and issued in time for relevant stakeholders.

SAMPLES, TESTING & REPORTING

You will support to organize and coordinate analyses and sample orders, tests, and reports, including the review of results and preparation of evaluations, ensuring that outcomes are properly documented and communicated.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Degree in food technology, biotechnology, natural sciences, or a comparable field or at least three years of experience in a quality management or regulatory role, preferably with a focus on product compliance
  • Fluent in English; German skills are preferred
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in quality or regulatory, ideally in an international corporate environment.
  • Independent, structured, accurate, and detail-oriented way of working.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fast learner with high flexibility and resilience, and you enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional presence when dealing with international internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office
  • Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.535,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
