Your Tasks

• Execute transactional procurement activities with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and scalability
• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders (POs)
• Ensure compliance with contracts, catalogs, and procurement guidelines
• Manage order confirmations, including price, quantity, and delivery checks
• Maintain and operate procurement systems (e.g. SAP MM)
• Conduct minor negotiations within defined guidelines
• Resolve operational supplier issues and ensure smooth order processing
• Maintain and update procurement master data

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field (e.g. office administration) or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
• Operational expertise in SAP MM and procurement processes
• High level of process discipline, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Basic sourcing and RFx execution skills
• Initial negotiation and cost analysis capabilities
• Service-oriented and solution-driven mindset
• High reliability with a strong focus on efficiency and throughput
• Basic knowledge of IT procurement (nice to have)
• Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 45.738,--. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
