As an international Category Intern, you'll be fully integrated in the International Category Team and support team in driving assortment and space optimization initiatives across multiple markets.
You'll contribute to data analysis, development of category recommendations, and execution of customer-facing projects, helping translate insights into actionable strategies that improve in-store performance and shopper experience.
We are looking for someone who can start in June/July 2026 for six months.
You'll support Global Category Managers in maintaining and updating all internal space planning content. You'll contribute to portfolio and assortment internal analyses. Help build and manage the Global Merchandising guidelines and images library.
In this internship, you'll work with the Global Category Managers to further develop and refine the conceptual selling capabilities. You'll lead the process of updating case studies and training material. You'll coordinate and share global best practices.
You'll assist markets on ad-hoc Category Management projects and you'll develop shopper-centric recommendations aligned with both customer needs and market objectives.
Additionally you'll champion knowledge sharing and create an environment to share best practices and category updates. You'll lead the communications framework for the team through available platforms to ensure up to date content.
