Supplier Quality Manager (w/m/d)

In the role of Supply Quality Manager, you will oversee our external suppliers, conduct audits, and actively drive their development forward.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct supplier audits and ensure adherence to global quality standards
• Monitor supplier KPIs and define corrective actions
• Support supplier development and drive continuous quality improvements
• Plan and manage sampling and approval processes for supplied parts
• Identify and coordinate resolutions for recurring quality issues

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

• Technical education in mechanical engineering or plastics technology, Training as a Quality System Representative and Auditor - QM Systems
• Several years of experience in QM/QS and supplier management
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex systems
• Experience with metal or plastics manufacturing processes
• Very good English skills and willingness to travel internationally (30-40%)
