Ready to own the day-to-day of a global website, lead a high-performing team, and shape its long-term product vision for an exceptional user experience?
Join our .com Media Network Team in Salzburg, Austria, and ensures product changes are efficiently implemented, resources and budgets are used effectively, and the overall user experience continues to evolve and improve.
As Senior Operations Manager for RedBull.com, you'll lead the RedBull.com Operations .com team and oversee the tools and platform behind our global website. In this position, you'll manage and develop a high-performing team while acting as the main point of contact for Website Product Managers and Local Managers. Through your leadership, you'll ensure product changes will be implemented efficiently, resources and budgets will be used effectively, and the overall user experience will continuously evolve and improve.
In leading the Website Operations .com team, you'll cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth. Rather than just managing tasks, you'll coach and mentor team members, set clear goals and expectations, and empower them to take ownership of their work. By encouraging open communication and continuous learning, you'll help the team stay engaged, aligned, and ready to tackle new challenges in a fast-moving environment.
On the technical side, you'll take responsibility for the operational backbone of RedBull.com, ensuring the website will remain stable, current, and high-performing. Day to day, you'll oversee updates and functionality and work closely with technical teams so the platform will support new features and evolving business requirements. By providing guidance to markets on implementation and best practices, you'll enable consistent and effective use of tools and systems worldwide. Whenever risks or issues emerge, you'll address them proactively and safeguard a seamless user experience.
From a process perspective, you'll shape and refine how work will flow between key business teams operating owned tools and products. Instead of accepting the status quo, you'll define, review, and document processes so day-to-day operations will run smoothly and predictably. By identifying bottlenecks and clarifying responsibilities, you'll improve speed, quality, and cross-team collaboration. Over time, you'll use feedback and performance insights to continuously optimise workflows and ensure operations will keep pace with business and product development.
In terms of collaboration, you'll act as a central connector between product, service, and local teams to ensure RedBull.com will fully support broader business initiatives. When external resources and agency staff are involved, you'll coordinate their contributions and keep everyone focused on shared objectives. Through structured and transparent communication, you'll maintain alignment on priorities, timelines, and expectations. You'll also give regular guidance and updates on tools and releases to local teams and support them throughout their publication processes. Whenever new projects are initiated, you'll lead and maintain them, involve all relevant stakeholders in the input phase, and ensure all needs will be captured before kicking off with technical teams.
