The team's goal is to inspire our B2B customers in all segments as well as our employees through simple, digital customer journeys, seamlessly across all channels and across our entire B2B portfolio - from standardised core products

to core ICT solutions. To strengthen one of our delivery squads, we are looking for an IT Operations & Engineering Specialist who ensures that the systems we build are not only delivered - but also run reliably, are observable, and can be supported efficiently. You are part of a delivery squad and take ownership of the operational readiness, stability and supportability of the systems delivered by the team.

You work closely with developers and contribute where needed - from troubleshooting and monitoring to improving automation and occasionally supporting development tasks.

• Ensure operational readiness for systems as delivered by the team
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability to maintain system health, performance, and reliability
• Establish support and operational processes, including documentation, handover procedures, and the creation and maintenance of PSAs and PSIs
• Investigate and resolve complex integration issues, identify recurring operational problems, and drive automation and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with developers, occasionally supporting implementation or technical design, to ensure the stability, quality, and operability of solutions
• Do you have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and experience working with complex systems?
• Are you familiar with modern development environments and technologies such as Java/Spring, CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab or Jenkins), container platforms like OpenShift or Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS?
• Are you comfortable working across disciplines, from operations to engineering, and collaborating in a team?
• Do you have an analytical mindset, a structured working style, and a service-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership?

According to the collective agreement for the telecommunications industry, this position carries a minimum gross monthly salary of
EUR 3.107,21 based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week). We will discuss your actual salary with you in person, taking into account your individual qualifications and professional experience. You can expect an attractive offer that exceeds the minimum stipulated by the agreement.
