Your Tasks

• Design and maintain tenant configuration and baseline standards
• Coordinate tenant wide changes and feature rollouts
• Manage hybrid & cloud Workloads (hybrid Exchange, Entra ID connect synchronization, Intune, Microsoft Team)
• Coordinate service and subsidiary onboardings into the shared environment
• Maintain B2B collaboration configurations with all subsidiaries
• Support Incident, Problem, Change Management onboarding of M365 Services into Service Now
• Ensure Security and Compliance of the environment based on Group policies (conditional Access policies, Information protection, Identity protection)
• Automation of reoccurring tasks via powershell and MS Graph
• Reporting and Forecast

Your Profile

• Successful completed IT education (HTL, FH, university) or relevant professional experience
• Min 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Excellent knowledge of M365 Services (Exchange, Teams, Intune, Entra ID) and Policy management within multi-tenant environments
• Knowledge of hybrid M365 configuration (Active Directory, Entra ID, Entra ID connect)
• Strong communication skills in English (additional European Languages beneficial)
• Ability to work in distributed teams with different legal and cultural background
• Consulting mindset with hands on mentality

VIG IT manages a shared M365 environment which hosts users from different countries and subsidiaries. This environment is part of a multi tenant M365 environment operated within the VIG group (approx. 30 countries / 50 subsidiaries) by different service providers. The shared M365 environment is constantly growing in number of users and leverage of M365 services (MS Teams, Exchange, Intune, Policy management etc).

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 60.000,--. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
