Technical Expert (Metallurgist) for Integrated Plants (f/m/*)

What are my responsibilities?

We assign the following tasks in our department SM IP (Integrated Plants)

• Execution of factfinding activities
• Project development
• Execution of studies
• Concept investment studies
• Optimization studies
• Support for pre-sales activities in technical topics
• Leading complex integrated pre-projects

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Technical University or FH/HTL, Metallurgist preferred
• Experience in operation (Steel industry) desired
• Overall knowledge about different processes / process routes and their benefits in the steel industry
• Knowledge about Primetals Technologies portfolio
• Knowledge of process optimization and investment calculations (investment decisions from customers point of view including preparation of such a decision making process)
• Fluent in English & German / other additional language appreciated

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, a team player, and willing to work with different disciplines and cultures. What else do I need to know?

The minimum annual gross salary for this position under the collective agreement and assuming that all requirements are met is EUR 47.546,94 (E/00) or EUR 53.241,02 (F/00). This could rise considerably, depending on qualifications and experience. Our Pioneers at Heart receive ongoing training in a wide range of areas through the "Metals Academy".
