We are looking for a motivated and curious Quality Data Analyst who is eager to further strengthen data-driven decision-making across the Quality organization. In this role, you will translate Quality business needs into impactful data and analytics solutions while serving as the primary contact person for all data-related topics within Quality. Acting as a key interface between the Quality function and Data teams, you will help transform insights into measurable improvements.

You will support the scoping, delivery, testing, and monitoring of data science and reporting solutions, ensuring they meet Quality requirements and deliver tangible business value. By contributing to the definition and continuous improvement of quality-related KPIs, delivering ad hoc analyses, automating reporting, and identifying opportunities for preventive and predictive analytics, you will strengthen proactive quality management and support cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

ANALYTICS SCOPING, TESTING & MONITORING

You will act as the main contact for data topics within Quality, supporting the scoping of Data Science and Analytics solutions, testing dashboards, models, and analytical outputs. You will monitor results after implementation and ensure data quality, accuracy, and relevance.

KPI DEVELOPMENT & REPORTING

You will interface closely with the Reporting team to support KPI definition and establishment, driving continuous KPI review and improvement. You will ensure that reporting remains aligned with Quality objectives and provide transparency on performance and outcomes.

AD HOC ANALYSIS & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TASK FORCES

You will deliver ad hoc analyses for Quality teams, support task forces and special initiatives, and provide fast, actionable insights. You will communicate results clearly to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making across ongoing projects and cross-functional activities.

AUTOMATION, PREVENTIVE & PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS

You will identify manual and repetitive reports and support the automation of existing reporting to improve efficiency and data consistency. You will actively identify opportunities for preventive analytics and support predictive use cases, enabling early risk detection and proactive actions across Quality processes.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or reporting role
  • Initial experience in project management; exposure to quality-related projects is a plus
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable data requirements
  • Hands-on experience with programming (e.g., Python or R)
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud)
  • Strong analytical thinking, clear communication skills, and a structured, proactive working style
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 0-10%)
  • Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.320 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
