Join our Creator Marketing Media Network team in Salzburg, Austria, and drive the implementation and evolution of creator-led and creator-centred projects across all playgrounds.
As the Global Creator Projects Manager, you'll shape and drive creator-led projects that live across events, content series, and innovative formats - from the first idea to execution and continuous evolution.
You'll develop creator-led content concepts, formats and narratives, ensuring a clear content idea, defined output, and strong storytelling approach from the start.
You'll support the translation of these content concepts into projects by working hand-in-hand with expert teams (e.g,. Event Marketing, Sports, Culture, Production, etc.), helping align roles, responsibilities, and timelines while keeping the content vision and media objectives at the centre.
You'll work as a connector across Media Network, Brand Marketing, Events, and country teams to ensure creator projects are content-led, strategically aligned, and efficiently delivered, supporting markets with hands-on guidance on project planning, content planning, creator briefs, and media logic. You'll translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with clear deliverables and success metrics. At the same time, you'll ensure creative and operational excellence by overseeing project timelines, milestones, and quality standards from concept to post-evaluation. You'll also support Red Bull country teams with hands-on guidance on project planning, partner briefings, and content delivery.
You'll actively contribute to the evolution of creator-led content formats, identifying opportunities to innovate how creators are integrated into Red Bull storytelling across platforms and Playgrounds.
Together with the Creator Marketing team, you'll help collect, systemise, and share learnings, best practices,s and inspiring cases to strengthen the global creator program - focusing on scalability, content excellence, and long-term relevance.
