Operational Procurement Service Specialist (m/f/d)

Join BRP-Rotax and help us ensure seamless and compliant purchase-to-pay processes across our global operations! As a Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in supporting smooth procurement workflows, maintaining data integrity, and driving process efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to BRP-Rotax's operational excellence and global business success.

Your responsibilities

• Review, creation, and processing of purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system
• Resolution of discrepancies between purchase order, goods receipt and invoice (3-way match) and close coordination with procurement, accounting, and internal departments
• Accurate maintenance and update of vendor master data and pricing information in the system
• Support in preparing standard contracts
• ensuring accurate price maintenance in the ERP system
• Conducting user trainings, providing operational support, and assisting internal stakeholders in procurement processes
• Organizing meetings, appointments, and business trips related to operational purchasing activities

Your skills and experiences

• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• Experience in operational procurement, ideally within a large organization or Shared Service Center
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Understanding of purchase order and invoice matching principles and tax implications
• Familiarity with eProcurement and digital invoicing solutions
• Precise and structured working style
• Strong team player with a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt to change and support process improvement initiatives

You will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 41,270.49 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
