What you can expect

The GEO Content & PR Marketing Expert is responsible for creating and adapting localized content for AI-driven customer interactions and leading public relations initiatives in German-speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This role ensures that content and PR strategies resonate with local audiences, strengthen brand reputation, and support business objectives across Northern Europe.

GEO Content Creation & Localization

• Develop and adapt content for AI chatbots and automated customer engagement tools
• Ensure content is optimized for digital performance and aligned with brand guidelines.

Public Relations Leadership

• Lead PR initiatives in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, including media relations, press releases, and thought leadership activities.
• Manage crisis communication and ensure consistent messaging across all German-speaking markets.

Campaign Management & Activation

• Collaborate with central marketing teams to localize global campaigns for regional execution.
• Plan and execute PR events, webinars, and partnerships to boost brand awareness.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Customer Retention, and CRM teams to ensure content supports commercial objectives.

Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement

• Use analytics to measure content and PR effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.

What you will bring with you

• Fluent in German and English (mandatory).
• Proven experience in content marketing and public relations, preferably in multi-country or regional roles.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
• Knowledge of SEO, social media platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and emerging technologies in marketing and customer engagement.
• Creative mindset with a focus on innovative storytelling and brand positioning.

Your salary

The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at 60.000 EUR. The actual amount depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
