Our client is an international software company developing innovative cloud-based solutions that help organizations digitize and optimize critical business processes across Europe.
As their product portfolio continues to grow, they are looking for a Product Owner (m/f/x) for their Vienna office to take ownership of a strategic digital product at the intersection of software, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
Own and drive the product roadmap, aligning business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Manage and continuously refine the product backlog to maximize business value.
Act as the key link between customers, business stakeholders, and the development team.
Support Sales and Marketing activities as the product expert, including customer meetings and go-to-market initiatives.
Collaborate closely with engineers on solution design, product enhancements, and technical decisions.
Drive the evolution of an internationally deployed software platform by incorporating customer feedback, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Who you are
Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product-focused role.
Proven track record of managing and evolving software products throughout their lifecycle.
Strong analytical thinking and requirements engineering skills.
Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable development tasks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
Technical understanding of modern software architectures and cloud platforms, with an interest in AI-supported product development.
Business-level English is essential. German is a plus.

Salary
Receive an attractive compensation package of up to €80,000 gross per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus long-term career development opportunities.
