To further support our team, we are currently looking for a highly motivated Purchasing Assistant as soon as possible.

As an Purchasing Assistant, you will support the Strategic Purchasing in operational tasks, organization of shipments, and maintain our internal product and supplier data.

What You Will Do

  • Processing of orders and organization of shipments
  • Supporting Strategic Purchasing in all operational matters
  • Contacting suppliers and logistics companies regarding deliveries
  • Monitoring product availability

What You Bring

  • You have a completed commercial education (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or similar
  • You speak fluent English (min. C1)
  • You bring first working experiences in purchasing or logistics (beneficial)
  • You have good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • You bring problem-solving ability & structured working
  • You know how to use MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP

The minimum gross monthly salary for this full-time position is € 2,362, in line with the collective agreement. We are happy to offer more, depending on your qualifications and experience.
