Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) — B2B / Pharma / Biopharma Industry
Your Responsibilities:

- Performance & Web: End-to-end management and optimization of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and SEO (WordPress).
- Lead Pipeline: Structured qualification and handoff of marketing leads to our international sales team.
- Content: Creation of white papers, case studies, and web content tailored for B2B decision-makers.
- Budget & ROI: Ongoing monitoring and tracking of all campaign and event budgets.
Your Profile:
- Experience: At least 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B digital marketing—preferably within an industrial, technical, or life sciences background.
- Tech Stack: Demonstrated proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, WordPress, and CRM platforms.
- Mindset: Strong technical aptitude to translate complex concepts into high-impact content.
- Languages: Native or full professional fluency in English (primary working language) alongside strong business-level German.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage budgets, meet complex deadlines, and execute international trade show projects seamlessly.

Salary
Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the metal industry. As we set high standards for top performance, we are expressly willing to pay significantly above this baseline — your actual salary will be agreed individually, based on your qualifications and professional experience.

Any accrued overtime is compensated in the form of time off.
