Your Role

Steyr Motors AG is an Austria-based global leader in the development and production of customized high-performance diesel engines and power systems with outstanding power density, reliability, and durability. Its solutions are used in demanding defence, marine, and energy applications where performance and operational readiness are critical.

We are looking for a high-performing professional with 3–5 years of experience at a leading strategy or management consultancy. In this role, you will work directly with the Executive Management Team and drive strategic and commercial initiatives across Sales, Engineering, Product Strategy, and international growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted sparring partner to the Executive Management Team
  • Lead strategic and cross-functional projects
  • Develop business cases, market analyses, scenarios, and management presentations
  • Support growth initiatives, market expansion, and key account development
  • Translate technical capabilities into commercial opportunities
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for complex technical products
  • Track implementation, priorities, risks, and results

Your Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience at a leading strategy or management consultancy (Tier 1 or 2)
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with business cases, quantitative analyses, and executive-level presentations
  • Interest in industrial products, engineering, manufacturing, automotive, defence, marine, or related sectors
  • Fluent in English, German is considered a plus
  • Structured, hands-on, and execution-oriented working style
  • Valid permanent authorization to work in Austria
