What you’ll do

As part of our Corporate Development team at Group Headquarters, you will support strategic projects, M&A activities and treasury-related topics across our international business. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to strategy, finance and business development while working closely with senior management and international stakeholders.

  • Support strategic projects across the Group, including growth initiatives, market assessments, portfolio reviews, business optimization and transformation projects
  • Prepare business cases, management presentations and decision papers for senior leadership and shareholders
  • Support corporate finance and treasury activities, including financial analysis, cash flow planning, risk management and financing-related projects in cooperation with Group Finance
  • Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses and investment evaluations to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
  • Support M&A activities including target screening, valuation analyses, due diligence coordination and transaction execution
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders across our international businesses as well as external partners such as banks, consultants, auditors and legal advisors

What you bring

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate development, strategy, finance, treasury or a similar strategic/financial role
  • Strong financial and business acumen – preferably (but not necessarily) including experience with financial modelling, business cases, valuations, cash flow analysis, performance evaluation and/or financing
  • Good understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles and the financial implications of strategic decisions
  • Structured, analytical mindset with a hands-on, results-oriented approach
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, plus a clear communication style in English and German
  • High level of integrity, ownership, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team; willingness to travel up to 20-30%

Salary

The minimum salary is 3,500.00 € gross per month (on a 40-hour basis), the actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times per year.
