We are currently looking for a motivated Site Security Manager (m/w/d) for a Datacenter of a well-known global client. The main work location is Schwechat, but occasional coverage of other data centers in Vienna is required. Our client prides themselves on delivering best-in-class solutions. As part of this team, you’ll work alongside a group of professionals that are committed to excellence and innovation.
Active management of on-site security personnel
Support of recruitment, onboarding, training and development of security personnel
Building and maintaining a cohesive, high-performing team
Ensuring compliance with all local labour law regulations, company policies, procedures and operational standards
Monitoring compliance with established guidelines, identifying security gaps and driving corrective actions and continuous improvements
Management of security systems, including access control, CCTV and incident management tools
Assessment, evaluation, documentation and escalation of potential safety issues within the facility
Collaboration with client leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure operational continuity and service excellence
Participation in client meetings, trainings and cross-functional collaboration activities
Provision of leadership coverage across additional campus or regional sites as required
Qualifikationen
Minimum 18 years of age
No criminal record
Associate degree in business, management or a related field
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
Excellent written & spoken English skills
Good German skills
Several years of experience in the security industry and in a leadership role
Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality

Salary
For this position, we offer a minimum salary of € 3.500 gross per month (based on full-time employment, including 20-hour-overtime rate). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
