A dynamic, innovative, and regional food company from South-East Europe, represented in over 30 countries, is looking for a dedicated Sales Head for International Markets. Our modern, sustainable, and exciting product portfolio includes already established brands, such as Argeta, Donat, Smoki, Boom Box, Grand kafa, Multipower and many other products with which you can identify. Your tasks as Sales Head:

  • Execute the sales strategy through distributor management, ensuring achievement of sales, profit, market share, and net sales targets across assigned markets and brands.

  • Lead Route-to-Market (RTM) assessments for successful launch of new brands and product portfolios and choosing new distributor if needed.

  • Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, and growth strategies by brand, while defining and monitoring distributor KPIs.

  • Build strong partnerships with distributors, key customers, and international brand owners to secure trade investments, promotional support, product availability, and volume commitments.

  • Drive commercial excellence through joint business planning, management of trade investments, and continuous optimization of promotional activities to maximize ROI.

  • Analyze market trends, brand positioning, customer dynamics, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and improve market performance.

  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure excellent execution, strengthen customer relationships, and translate insights into actionable business plans.

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting, performance reporting, and business reviews, including analysis of sales results, investments, and distributor performance

What you bring with you:

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales, international business development, distributor management, or export sales.

  • Proven success in driving growth through distributor networks and Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies.

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, trade investments, and budget management.

  • Experience working with international brand owners and managing commercial negotiations.

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

  • Fluent in German and English.

  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Salary

For legal reasons, we are obligated to inform you that the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position is €45.080 gross per year (full-time basis). However, our attractive compensation packages are benchmarked against current market salaries and significantly exceed the specified minimum.
