Under one roof, we bring together trampolines, fun climbing walls, HiT iT Arena, 14 modern bowling lanes, 9 escape rooms, Pixel, VR experiences, kids’ birthday parties, school and group visits, teambuildings and corporate events.

WOOP! has grown into one of the most successful experience entertainment stories in the region and is now entering its next phase of growth. With a clear ambition to expand across Europe and beyond, we are looking for a General Manager who will take ownership of WOOP! Graz and help build the next chapter of our international growth.

This is not a quiet office job. This is a living, moving, high-energy venue where every day brings guests, teams, events, decisions, commercial opportunities and operational challenges.

Your mission

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of WOOP! Graz — from daily operations and guest experience to team leadership, sales performance, cost control and operational excellence.

You will lead the core team, ensure WOOP! standards are delivered on the floor, improve processes and routines, and make sure that reception, attractions, bar, sales, suppliers and support functions work together as one strong team.

Your focus will be simple but powerful: Happy guests. Strong team. Smooth operations. Great results.

What you will be responsible for

  • Leading, coaching and developing the core leadership team

  • Managing daily operations, venue standards and guest experience

  • Developing operational discipline, team routines and clear communication

  • Taking ownership of revenue, key KPIs and business performance

  • Tracking performance and turning insights into action

  • Driving local sales together with sales & marketing team

  • Ensuring WOOP! standards, trainings and processes are implemented in practice

  • Managing costs and operational expenses

  • Working with accounting, management and group functions on reporting, marketing, programmes and standards

  • Managing suppliers and external partners

  • Ensuring safety, quality, compliance and overall venue standards

Who we are looking for

You have 3–5 years of experience in a leadership, operations, hospitality, event, guest experience or venue management role. You understand how a business works beyond the daily operation — you are comfortable following key numbers, understanding performance, identifying what needs attention and turning insights into action.

You do not need to have been a “director” before. What matters more is your mindset, energy, responsibility, awareness and potential to lead a dynamic entertainment venue.

We would love to meet people from hospitality, hotels, event management, leisure and entertainment, tourism, attractions or venue operations. If you know how to lead people, serve guests, solve problems, manage priorities and keep a busy operation moving while staying focused on results — we should talk.
