We’ll look for you to:
Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and guide people-related decisions.
Drive talent and workforce planning, including recruitment, succession planning, and organizational development.
Enhance employee performance and engagement while leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
All about you
Experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or comparable HR role.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Good understanding of Austrian labor law and employee relations.
German and English fluency.
