  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner, advising managers and translating business needs into impactful HR actions.
  • Lead workforce planning and recruitment, ensuring timely staffing and high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Drive performance, talent development, and succession planning to build organizational capability.

All About You

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, or related field
  • Proven experience across full-spectrum HR practices (recruitment, performance, employee relations, etc.)
  • Experience working in a matrix and international environment
  • Fluency in English; German is an advantage
