We’ve built a bold, fast-growing, and highly driven team — and as we scale, we’re looking for a People & Culture Ops Support who brings structure, clarity, and reliability to our day-to-day P&C operations.

In this role, you will own and execute core People processes, working closely with our Head of P&C to ensure everything runs smoothly, scales effectively, and simply works as we grow.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves structure, moves fast, and constantly looks for smarter ways of doing things. You’re curious, detail-driven, and motivated to build systems that genuinely make people’s lives easier.

From optimizing workflows to implementing scalable tools and processes, you’ll help build the operational backbone of our company. With a hands-on and curious mindset, you continuously refine systems and structures to make everyday processes simpler, more transparent, and more trustworthy for our employees.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • vocational education relevant to the role, a comparable qualification, or a university degree at bachelor’s level with a focus on Human Resources, Personnel Management
  • First HR / People Ops/recruiting experience
  • First experience in HR, recruitment, or People Operations
  • Fix, streamline, and scale workflows
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • You are comfortable with detailed, routine administrative work and understand its importance for a well-functioning HR setup
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
  • Basic knowledge of Austrian labour and social insurance law
  • Fluent in English and German

NICE TO HAVE

  • Understanding of payroll basics
  • Experience with HRIS Solutions (e.g. REXX Systems)
  • Interest in digital tools and process improvements

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support, improve, and own processes across the employee lifecycle, and run them like a system
  • Manage administrative workflows, People Ops systems, and employee data
  • Keep recruitment moving
  • Drive process optimization and scalability
  • Support and coordinate end-to-end recruitment
  • Ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient HR operations
  • Occasionally: Support applications for residence & working permits and assist with relocations

Salary

The collective agreement minimum salary is 36,000 € gross per year (on a 38.5-hour basis). The actual minimum salary is 45,000 € gross per year (on a 38.5-hour basis), the actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience and can be higher. The salary is paid 14 times per year. The collective agreement IT-KV ( EDV-KV ) applies.

Overtime

Any accrued overtime is compensated in the form of time off.
