Join us as a Graphic Designer (f/m/d)*

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Graphic Designer to produce and refine visual assets across print and digital channels. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, support multi-channel campaigns, and iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and testing. This role is ideal for someone eager to apply strong design skills, leverage AI tools, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Create new visuals and edit and adapt existing visuals for print and online channels

  • Contribute to campaigns across web, social media, email, events, and print

  • Consider accessibility standards across devices and platforms

  • Support audience-specific (target group) communication, as well as, presentation development (slide creation and layout)

  • Maintain and evolve design templates and style assets

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate quickly based on data and testing

Your strengths and skills:

  • Completed education or ongoing studies in the field of graphic design; relevant certificates/coursework are a plus

  • Strong graphic design skills (InDesign, Canva, PowerPoint); solid grasp of layout, typography, color, and brand consistency

  • Experience with AI tools and passion for leveraging AI in design workflows

  • Awareness of accessibility and inclusive design

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organization and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; open to giving and receiving constructive feedback

  • Proactive, hands-on, resilient, and entrepreneurial mindset

  • English skills on minimum level C1
