  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, perform data analysis, and support database-related activities

  • Participate in the system testing lifecycle (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure high-quality releases

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues across Windows and Linux environments

  • Provide 2nd level support, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures

  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams (infrastructure, networking, security) to ensure system reliability and performance

  • Contribute to automation and scripting (e.g., Python, VBA) to improve operational efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and corporate standards

  • Drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives, leveraging tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, and AI solutions

  • Maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, workflows, and operational procedures

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ technical IT experience supporting applications/systems in a manufacturing / operations environment
