Join us as an International Office Coordinator (f/m/d) *
The International Office Coordinator is responsible for the strategic and operational coordination of the university’s international activities, with a strong focus on student mobility, international partnerships, and the development of International Office structures and processes. This role requires an experienced professional who independently manages international programs, fosters relationships with partner institutions, drives structural development, and ensures high-quality mobility services.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Oversee outgoing and incoming student and staff mobility programs, including Erasmus+ and other exchange activities.
Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with partner universities and relevant stakeholders.
Shape structures and processes of the International Office and drive continuous improvement.
Manage inter-institutional agreements, nominations, and applications, and ensure accurate mobility and partnership documentation, monitoring, and reporting.
Provide expert guidance and support for incoming and outgoing students and staff in mobility matters.
Ensure compliance with Erasmus+ rules, institutional policies, as well as legal and regulatory frameworks.
Represent the university in international networks, fairs, partner meetings, and mobility events.
Your strengths and skills:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Education, International Relations, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in international higher education administration or a comparable field.
Proven expertise in handling Erasmus+ programs, student and staff mobility processes, and international partnership management.
Excellent coordination, communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills.
Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and in a structured, solution-oriented manner.
Strong English skills on minimum level C1; German is an asset.
