Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted contact for our clients and support them throughout onboarding, day-to-day collaboration, and implementation-related topics.
  • Coordinate client projects in a structured and reliable way from kickoff to rollout.
  • Understand customer needs, ask the right questions, and help turn requirements into clear next steps for internal teams.
  • Support communication between clients and our internal product, operations, and technical teams.
  • Help customers understand our product, processes, and best practices.
  • Prepare and follow up on meetings, workshops, and project discussions.
  • Keep track of open topics, priorities, timelines, and responsibilities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Contribute to long-term client success by building strong and trusted relationships.

Your Profile

  • We cloud be a great match if you have experience in a client-facing role such as project management, account management, customer success, operations, solution consulting, or a comparable position in a software-related environment.
  • Experience with digital assets (personally or professionally) and a genuine interest in our product and related technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in working with professional B2B clients.
  • A structured, reliable, and proactive hands-on way of working.
  • Interest in software products, digital processes, and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into clear tasks and priorities.
  • Comfortable coordinating between different perspectives and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in German and English

We guarantee a competitive gross-salary starting at 3,800 per month for a full-time position (38,5h) based on your responsibilities, qualifications and experience (Overpayment expressly possible with relevant experience and qualifications).
