Strategic Procurement & Quality Management (all genders)
Tasks:
Strategic Procurement
Planning, managing, and developing strategic procurement
Conducting tenders, comparing bids, and negotiating contracts
Interacting with department heads and requesters regarding specific orders
Taking legal considerations into account during the procurement process (Bundesvergabe Gesetz)
Ensuring cost-effective, sustainable, and compliant procurement
Developing a supplier base that meets CBmeds’ requirements (quality first)
Understanding and defining the requirements for an optimized supply chain
Using BMD software for products and services
Organizing and participating in the annual inventory
Quality Management
Supplier Management
Risk‑based supplier segmentation (critical vs. non‑critical suppliers)
Defining supplier quality KPIs (e.g. delivery reliability, deviation rates)
Communicating quality expectations clearly and in the procurement process
Analysis and optimization of of procurement‑related processes and interfaces
Creation, maintenance, and management of quality-related documents (SOPs)
Support for continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and across interfaces with other departments
Skills and Abilities:
Completed commercial or technical education (e.g. HAK, FH, UNI, HTL) or a comparable qualification gained through training or professional experience
Several years of relevant professional experience in procurement
Strong interest in quality management and process optimization
A strong focus on service and customer satisfaction
Analytical thinking, strong negotiation skills and a strong team spirit
Excellence organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
Experience with CRM tools, preferably BMD (particularly in inventory management)
Fluent in German and English
Proficiency in using MS Office 365 and web conferencing tools

Salary
We offer an unlimited contract with a minimum yearly salary from € 60000 gross based on 40 hours/week. Overpayment is possible, depending on qualifications and work experience.
