Your Role
You design and develop high-quality visual assets for presentations, reports, campaigns and other corporate marketing materials & channels
You create digital artwork, graphics and videos for the company’s owned channels, including the website, social media platforms, and email marketing.
You provide creative support to outlet centres by ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and delivering innovative design solutions for B2C advertising.
You collaborate on special projects, such as developing renderings, retail designs, mall furniture concepts, and shop signage.
You build and maintain a Digital Asset Management (Papirfly) Portal for the company
You support marketing initiatives with creative design for loyalty programs (applications) and new retail technology interfaces.
Your Profile
You have a suitable education in graphic design, visual arts or a related field
You have proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably within the outlet or shopping centre industry, for at least 3 years
You are proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma etc.
You are experienced in video editing
You have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design, branding and advertising
You are familiar with UX/UI design principles
You have very good MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
You are strong in organization and communication, a team player and have a "hands-on" mentality
You have strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English; further language skills would be an advantage

Salary
The advertised position is subject to a collective agreement minimum gross salary of €1,950 per month, with the potential for overpayment based on your qualifications and experience.
