Join us as a People Communications &Enablement Partner (f/m/d) *

Role Mission
As part of our People & Culture team, you shape and execute communication for all People and Culture topics. You make information clear and engaging, build a consistent employer narrative, and empower employees and leaders through impactful training and formats. Combining conceptual thinking with hands-on delivery, you plan and steer content end-to-end (text, visuals, presentations).

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Learning and Enablement (L&D): 

  • Developing targeted training materials for leaders and employees.

  • Translating HR Policies and processes into clear, actionable and user-friendly formats.

Internal Communication: 

  • Planning, creating and publishing internal communication content end-to-end.

  • You co-own and develop internal communication channels and format.

  • Preparing structured briefings and PPT decks for communication purposes and P&C leadership.

Employer Branding:

  • Proactively shaping and applying our employer brand narrative and visual principles.

  •  Implementation of EB across all touchpoints (career page, job postings, social media).

Your strengths and skills:

  • Completed university degree and a minimum of 5 years experience or equivalent in Communication/PR, Employer Branding or HR related field.

  • Strong communication and content experience (internal/external) with a proven track record in designing training materials or IC format.

  • Familiarity with HR topics or the strong willingness to take a deep-dive.

  • Excellent skills in presentation structuring and visual storylining; experience with content creation tools (ideally Canva or Photoshop) is a plus.

  • Excellent written and spoken German & English on minimum level C1.

  • Strong stakeholder and service orientation paired with an improvement-driven, independent, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset.

  • Visionary minds who challenge the status quo are highly valued.
