  • Establish strong process and project management discipline, including progress tracking, risk and dependency management, and outcome measurement.

  • Lead and orchestrate cross-functional teams across pharma&, subsidiaries, and external partners.

  • Prepare high-quality analyses, decision documents, and executive-ready materials for senior management, executive leadership, and founders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong process and project management skills, with the ability to create structure in complex, ambiguous environments.

  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics for diverse audiences.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders and executives across cultures and functions

  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities paired with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset.

  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with resilience, while maintaining delivery focus in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.

  • Experience in organization design, post integration, and/or operating model transformation strongly preferred.

  • Experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences preferred.

Education and Experience:
