Role Overview:
This position focuses on managing our posting schedule and ensuring consistent delivery of our existing high-quality content across all platforms. Rather than creating new content, you'll be responsible for the strategic distribution of videos and materials produced by our professional team.

Tasks
- Manage posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok etc.)
- Optimize timing, formats & algorithms (e.g., platform-specific tweaks) for maximum engagement
- Track performance metrics & create reports
- Ensure consistent brand voice & platform compliance
- Coordinate with content team; assist community engagement as needed
Requirements
- Knowledge of social media marketing (communications/digital marketing studies or relevant courses)
- Strong organization & attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools
- Fluent English (German a plus)
- Proactive and independent, with a problem-solving mindset
- Interest in tech/business/digital marketing

Salary
The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience and is between 1,200 € und 1,500 € gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis). The salary is paid 14 times per year.
