Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assistance in new product innovation launches: concept development, product testing, feasibility assessment, development of launch packages including key visuals, packaging designs, other communication materials, etc
- Support of pack design relaunches & brand equity development
- Support of the coordination and execution of brand activities across the countries (eg. consumer research, product testing, etc)
- Tracking, analyzing, and monitoring of market trends & data
- Strengthening the share and re-apply best practices approach across the countries
- Organization and coordination of the annual marketing and sales meetings
- Opportunity to contribute to AI-related initiatives
Requirements
- Finished Bachelor studies (with focus on Marketing, Business, Management, Innovation)
- Preferably Studying master studies or finished master studies in the field of Marketing, Business, Management or Innovation
- Ideally first work experience in marketing
- Passion for marketing, brands and innovation and an interest for the food segment
- Good analytical skills, a structured way of working, strong communication skills
- Collaborative spirit and sense of responsibility
- Very good skills in Powerpoint and Excel
- Curiosity for digital tools and AI, and motivation to learn and experiment with new technologies
- Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken
- Any one of the following languages is an advantage: German/Polish/Hungarian/Czech/Bulgarian/Romanian

Salary
The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience and is between 1,900 € und 2,200 € gross per month (on a 40-hour basis). The salary is paid 14 times per year.
