We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Austria. In this position, you will be responsible for core accounting activities including invoice processing, bank reconciliations and customer billing.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Record and process supplier invoices in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and clarify discrepancies
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and assist with internal and external audits
- Communicate professionally with colleagues and external partners, primarily in English
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial or accounting education (e.g., HAK, FH, or comparable qualification)
- 1–3 years of professional experience in accounting
- Experience in the aviation industry is considered an advantage, but is not required
- Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., BMD, SAP, or similar )
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); German skills are a strong advantage
- Independent, structured working style and high level of accuracy
