To address the increasing demand for our products, we seek a DevOps Customer Engagement Specialist who combines expertise in the DevOps lifecycle and cloud deployments with exceptional customer communication skills. Your FUTURE WORKPLACE and TECH STACK
- You are part of an agile development team.
- You leverage a deep understanding of the modern deployment stack — including Docker containerization and orchestration concepts like Helm/ArgoCD on K8s — to guide high-quality, production-ready deployments for customers.
- You are driven by enabling the successful operationalization of cutting-edge platforms, delivering real impact by ensuring strong customer adoption and smooth system utilization.
- You work in a new office building in Linz, Austria.
Your SKILLS
- You have a formal education in a technical area (informatics, software engineering, computer science, etc.).
- You are the essential bridge between our DevOps engineers and our external customers, demonstrating a proven ability to translate complex technical roadmaps into clear, business-focused language while managing expectations and negotiating priorities to ensure successful delivery.
- You have a strong practical understanding of the entire DevOps lifecycle and methodologies (CI/CD, IaC, Automation).
- You have a solid understanding of architecture and practical experience with core services on at least one major cloud platform (AWS or GCP).
- You have practical hands-on experience in creating, packaging, and installing/upgrading Helm Charts.
- You are an independent and reliable team player.
- You show excellent knowledge of English (German optional).
- You are a highly organized person who enjoys daily communication with customers and other stakeholders.
- You are intrinsically motivated to get things done.

The actual salary amounts to 54,000 € gross per year (on a 38.5-hour basis). The salary is paid 14 times per year.
