Join our Global eCommerce team in Salzburg, Austria, and drive the development and execution of Red Bull's global eCommerce agenda across more than 40 markets worldwide.
In this role, you'll lead the development and execution of Red Bull's global eCommerce agenda across more than 40 markets, translating strategic priorities into scalable frameworks, capabilities and measurable market execution. You'll shape the Omnichannel digital strategy across both B2C and B2B, while driving key initiatives such as eCommerce capabilities development, Digital Shelf excellence and eCommerce data strategy.
Working closely with regional and local teams, you'll identify growth opportunities, strengthen annual business plans and ensure consistent execution across markets. By partnering with Sales, Marketing, Insights, Finance and IT, you'll help improve online availability, visibility, conversion and profitable sales growth, accelerating Red Bull's success across the evolving digital commerce landscape.
You'll translate Red Bull's global Sales strategy into clear eCommerce priorities, frameworks and scalable programs that drive growth across regions and markets. By identifying opportunities across Omnichannel retail, Online Grocery, eB2B and emerging digital commerce models, you'll help shape the future of Red Bull's digital commerce agenda. You'll work closely with regional and local teams to strengthen annual business plans and Joint Business Plans with key customers, establishing clear growth drivers, KPIs and execution priorities. Additionally, you'll stay ahead of developments in digital shopping, retailer platforms, AI-enabled discovery and evolving shopper behavior, turning trends into actionable business recommendations.
You'll own Red Bull's global Digital Shelf strategy and execution program globally. From content optimization and search visibility to browse performance, product availability and out-of-stock management, you'll drive best-in-class online execution. You'll also lead Perfect Online Store governance, KPI and target setting, scoring methodologies and market performance reviews, ensuring clear action plans and measurable improvement. In addition, you'll manage Digital Shelf capabilities and supplier partnerships while accelerating adoption and execution excellence across markets.
You'll strengthen eCommerce capabilities across regions and markets through practical playbooks, training programs, coaching initiatives, communities of practice and best-practice sharing. Working across Sales, Marketing, Insights, Finance and IT, you'll build alignment around priorities, investments and execution plans. You'll lead complex global programs spanning multiple markets, functions, suppliers and workstreams, establishing clear governance, milestones and success measures. As a people leader, you'll also manage and develop a direct report, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
You'll own the global eCommerce measurement ecosystem, integrating sell-in and sell-out data, online share, market intelligence, Digital Shelf metrics, traffic performance and retailer platform data. By developing dashboards and analytical frameworks, you'll enable deeper insights into channel performance, shopper journeys, market potential, and growth opportunities. Through data-driven recommendations, you'll support senior management decision-making, identify performance gaps, challenge business plans, and guide strategic investment decisions
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
