We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week, working days to be agreed).

Your Challenge

• Welcoming and assisting visitors and guests
• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail, both internally and externally
• Supporting general administrative and office-related tasks, including orders, invoices and expense processing
• Assisting with the organization and coordination of events
• Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms and ensuring they are well equipped for meetings

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or business-related education, combined with relevant professional experience in a similar role
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
• Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
• Proactive, reliable and well-organized working style, combined with a strong team spirit and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
• Strong service orientation, flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills
• Valid Category B driving licence

In accordance with legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to disclose the minimum annual gross salary for this position as defined by the collective agreement, which is EUR 41,851.18 (Chemical Industry Collective Agreement). We are, of course, willing to offer a market-aligned overpayment depending on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
