Responsibilities:

As Head of Supply Chain Engineering (SCE) Plansee HPM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our global engineering network. You will lead international teams, drive digital transformation, and set standards that enables efficient, future-ready engineering operations across the Plansee HPM production network.

• Drive global programs and projects focused on the standardization and continuous improvement of CAD, CAM, and PLM tools within the Plansee HPM engineering network
• Champion digitalization and automation, accelerating the adoption of modern engineering tools and PLM-enabled workflows
• Lead and develop the global Supply Chain Engineering organization, fostering high-performance teams and future leaders
• Manage and inspire international design and technical support teams, ensuring alignment across regions and sites
• Establish and sustain effective knowledge management, ensuring systematic sharing of best practices, lessons learned, and engineering standards worldwide

Qualification:

• Master's degree in engineering or comparable technical discipline and 5-10 years of professional experience in engineering
• Experience in leading a team and handling projects in a multinational environment, combined with a proven track record in project and program management
• Knowledge in working with SAP and Siemens NX or other CAD/ CAM solutions
• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities, paired with a hands-on mindset
• Excellent command of English and the ability to communicate confidently across cultures and organizational levels; German skills are a plus

Legally required notice in Austria: Minimum salary according to the collective agreement for the metal industry I is EUR 81.261,04,- gross per year, paid over 14 installments. The actual offer takes market prices, qualifications and professional experience into account.
