As a Compensation & Benefits Project Manager, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of global Compensation & Benefits projects, partnering with key stakeholders across HR, Sales, Finance, IT, and the business. You will help translate our compensation philosophy into scalable solutions, ensuring global consistency while enabling the flexibility needed to meet local market demands.

GLOBAL C&B EXPERTISE, GOVERNANCE & PRODUCT OWNERSHIP

As a member of the Global Compnesation & Benefits Centre of Expertise, you'll own and continuously develop designated C&B products, processes, and frameworks. Acting as a trusted expert, you'll provide guidance and support to Area C&B teams, HR colleagues, and business stakeholders, ensuring the consistent application of global C&B principles while addressing business and market needs. You'll drive governance, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and best practices across your areas of responsibility.

GLOBAL C&B PROJECT DELIVERY

In this exciting role, you'll lead and support the end-to-end delivery of global Compensation & Benefits projects, from design and development through implementation and continuous improvement. Working closely with global functions and business stakeholders, you'll ensure that solutions are aligned with business needs and our global compensation philosophy.

GLOBAL C&B PROCESSES & PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION

You'll support the design, build, testing, and implementation of global C&B tools, processes, and platforms. Partnering closely with IT and subject matter experts, you'll help translate business requirements into scalable solutions and ensure successful deployment across multiple markets.
You will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, user experience, and data quality while maintaining strong governance and process consistency.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & GLOBAL ROLLOUT

You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies to drive the successful implementation of global initiatives. This includes aligning requirements, managing project milestones, facilitating testing and user acceptance activities, supporting change management efforts, and ensuring sustainable adoption.
Acting as a trusted C&B partner, you'll provide guidance and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & INNOVATION

You'll challenge existing ways of working and proactively identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance C&B processes. Through data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback, you'll help drive continuous improvements that increase effectiveness, scalability, and user experience.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in Compensation & Benefits, and know how to navigate regional or global environments with confidence.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English; any additional language skills are beneficial.
  • Solid understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
  • A strong track record of driving projects forward and delivering results across multiple stakeholders, functions, and markets.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Experience with HR systems, digital products, or process implementation projects; knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
  • A quick learner with a proactive, can-do mindset and the confidence to take ownership of new projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • A collaborative team player with an open-minded, flexible attitude and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Reliable, self-driven, with the ability to follow through on tasks and work independently.
  • Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2760 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
