As a Social Media Specialist for Surf & Skate, you'll lead social media strategy, develop content from idea to release, and work with international teams to grow engaged communities across platforms through creative, data-driven storytelling.
In this role, you'll build and implement social media plans for Red Bull Surf and Skate across all relevant platforms. You'll manage content calendars across channels and projects, ensure a consistent and engaging presence, and bring Red Bull's loving life approach and tone of voice to life through compelling content. At the same time, you'll help build, nurture, and grow a strong community of Red Bull brand and can lovers.
You'll develop efficient workflows that take social concepts from ideation through production and all the way to release. Working closely with internal video editors and production management, you'll help turn creative ideas into impactful social content that resonates with surf and skate audiences.
Using Red Bull's suite of analytical tools, you'll monitor and evaluate content performance across platforms. You'll turn data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations, helping to educate global and local teams on best practices and drive stronger surf and skate content performance.
You'll work closely with international teams to program always-on content across our managed platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. By adapting content output to the strengths of each channel, you'll help maximize performance on every post. You'll also optimize channel performance through analytics, scheduling, featuring, customized platform functionalities, and by creating smooth consumer journeys across platforms.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR2.362,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
